About Us
At PFT, family is at the heart of everything we do. Tony Scott developed Gut Candy and co-founded PFT as a result. Tony and his wife Nichole have three children Madelyn, Riley and Jamison, all of whom have been involved in the day-to-day operations of Gut Candy. Tony pursued his M.S. and PhD. degrees in ruminant nutrition from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and his expertise in ruminant nutrition was instrumental in helping to develop and shape Gut Candy into what it is today. Alongside his lifelong friends and business partners, he operates Cattlemen’s Nutrition Services, LLC which specializes in feedyard cattle nutritional consulting. Nichole handles business operations and logistics ensuring our products reach you swiftly and efficiently. Nichole also has a medical dictation business, serves on the rural electric board, and volunteers for several causes in the Central High community. Madelyn recently completed her M.S. in Food Science from Oklahoma State University and accepted a position with Tyson Foods. Riley is finishing his B.S. in Animal Science and has begun the interview process. Jamison just completed his sophomore year of high school where he is active in basketball, baseball, FFA, and showing sheep. Together our family takes great pride in providing original innovative solutions to help others achieve their livestock project goals.
